Application Research On PEC Management System In Shenhuo Group

Since the beginning of the21st century, China’s economy has maintained sustained and rapid development momentum, enterprises increasingly competitive, some large and medium-sized enterprises continue to strengthen its management, and quickly come to the fore. Henan Shenhuo group Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as The Shenhuo Group) main business focus on coal, power generation, aluminum production and deep processing of the main cross-industry,trans-regional large enterprise groups, and is the China Top500Enterprises.The group vigorously strengthen the management system,actively promote the construction of the PEC management system, that is, people oriented+lean management system.P-People First (prognosticating, planning, process), E-Everyday, Everyone, Everything, Everywhere; C-control Clear. Corporation is considering to promote the use of the PEC management system in all branch companies. Till now Group has made some successful experiences, but there are also a number of shortcomings and problems.In this paper,author took systems analysis, case analysis and other research methods to analysis the status of corporate management and point out the management problems based on actual situation of Shenhuo Group. Shenhuo Group design and implementation of PEC management system in order to enhance competitiveness of enterprises.The full text is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction, describes the background of this study, the purpose and significance of research ideas and methods, and possible innovation.The second part is a theoretical basic of PEC management system, introduce the people oriented management and lean management theories.The third part Shenhuo Group Management system Analysis, including Shenhuo Group Profile, history, the main business model, and pointed out the problems.The fourth part introduce implementation situation and its significance for reference of PEC system. Summary the big achievements and point out weakness based on background analysis of PEC system background, summarizes the effectiveness of the implementation and find out its problems. Meanwhile the analysis of the Management system as the mirror to other enterprise. The fifth Part Shenhuo Group how to promote the PEC management system were discussed. Author first introduced how Shenhuo Group implement PEC management system,and then briefing us the operating mechanism, operating procedures, the PDCA cycle,finally analyze the implementation of the basic principles and proposed implementation steps of PEC management system.The sixth part Conclusions and Outlook.In this section, author broadly summarized the research achievement of this article and then outlooked the points for further research.
