People-oriented management is management of regarding people as the centre, and to put it briefly the core regarding people as management in management activity. The appearances of people-oriented management theory and practice have accorded with the demands for nowadays era of knowledge-driven economy, have great realistic meanings.People-oriented management is one old problem that management study, it is also one new problem that develop constantly, enrich its intension constantly. Through consulting the documents and materials, can find there are a lot of study on people-oriented management at present, but has not formed a set of intact systems. In order to advance the theoretical research and practice activity of people-oriented management further, this text attempts to be based on such theories as management, manpower resources management, etc., through to people retrospect, development of origin of management theory, go on to existing people-oriented management theory system is summarize to sum up comparatively, on the basis of the thing that analyses to the intension of people-oriented management the present stage, structure one more comprehensive systematic copies of people-oriented management system, and each composition key element in system go on comparatively careful to analyse and research deep.Have used the following several research approaches mainly in the course of studying:1) Theory combined with practice.
