Performance management is the key to human resources management functions, With the state of the regulation policy on the tilt of the transportation infrastructure, these years the scale of our province’s highway expands, the rhythm of development speeds up, the business development is increasingly diversified and the situation is complicated day by day,it provide opportunities for Anhui highway group company, Also brings huge challenges. The level of human resources management has not adapted to the present enterprise’s scale and development now. how to raise the level of development, improve management efficiency, improve staff performance continuously has been directly affect the Company’s efficiency.It is a problem of Anhui Highway Management that urgently needed to be resolved.so for the actual situation of Anhui Expressway Group,we undertake a research on the existing highway performance management and analyze the problem,then propose solutions to this problem.It is a new and important project of Anhui Expressway Group and play a significant role in the persistent development of Anhui Expressway Group.Paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter,proposed the main topic of background and significance,and the relevant content and research methods.the second chapter introduces the meaning of performance management,function,and performance management in the human resources management role, the third chapter mainly introduces the group of Anhui yanjiang the management of human resources, a combination of basic research and analytical methods, such as interviews other ways to yanjiang the performance management research and analysis. By using psychology, behavioral science and management, organization, performance management theory of knowledge, and appropriate performance management system to analyze the problems existing in the present chapter, the proposed performance management strategies yanjiang the highlights from the performance, training, performance, communication, an evaluation, incentives and the indicator system established, the cultural point of a comprehensive study of the fifth chapter closing that conclusion.Paper theory with practice and optimizes the Anhui expressway group’s performance management, a detailed analysis of the performance management problems, a variety of reasons, to solve the problem of countermeasures, the main purpose is to solve or optimize the performance management of Anhui expressway corporation management, improve the performance management of Anhui Expressway Corporation, comprehensive promotion of the efficiency and level of enterprise management. the paper aimed at performance management present situation, proposed countermeasures optimization, to the anhui highway group company human resource management play a positive role.
