| On March14,2011, the state council Premier Wen in Beijing’s great hall of the people met the journalists and answered their questions. Premier Wen stressed that China should not only strengthen the revitalization of the total economy, but also strengthen the progress of the talents and science and technology, the concept of GDP shall be thoroughly changed in our mind. In answer to questions from Singapore, Premier Wen said:"through the reform of promoting the economics, I think two Numbers is more important than GDP, one is the education funds to occupy the proportion of the national economy; another is the expenditure of research and development. They represent to our national and state innovation power. That’s the most powerful, the most lasting, the most reliable development factors." This that shows on the importance of the implication from the macro environment, so we should combine national policy and focus on the collaborative innovation, and the mechanism of the enterprises-universities-researches collaborative innovation is more important.This paper uses comparative analysis, the game analysis and other several methods to algorithm the mechanism of the enterprises-universities-researches collaborative innovation based on supply chain, mainly with the qualitative analysis and quantitative method of the model.In the second chapter we change the past only to the combination of collaborative innovation drivers of unilateral statement, and this paper is from two perspectives, establishes the game model, we can know the model through the combination is no matter the parties for any reason, but all have enough incentive for collaborative innovation. The third chapter is through the ahp with optional innovative partners evaluation system, however, because of the market is in the information asymmetry, so they often hide their true technical level, but only in and the right partners for setting up collaborative innovation relations to improve the probability of successful innovation, so in this paper we establish the signal transmission mechanism of reputation, this mechanism can effectively identify optional partner, improve cooperative innovation probability of success. Chapter4mainly discusses the combination of cooperative innovation based on supply chain of interest distribution way, broken before one-time pay, according to the proportion of commission, according to the way of share out bonus, but based on the principle of "Shared interests, share the risk ". The revised Sharpley value method for collaborative innovation combination of distribution of interests is more scientific and significant.But this paper also has many shortcomings, it is mainly to institute higher learning and scientific research institutions as the combination of collaborative innovation a party, established the only upstream and downstream secondary supply chain, and no research has more collaborative innovation of supply chain partner, so we hope it can continue to follow-up study. |
