Research On Factors Influencing Supply Chain Collaborative Product Innovation In Manufacturing Enterprises

It is of great significance to actively guide the development of cooperative innovation in the implementation of our country’s innovation-driven development strategy.With the global economic recovery,the manufacturing industry ushered in a slow recovery,in this context,manufacturing enterprises should conform to the trend of the times,improve innovation efficiency to promote the steady development of enterprises.As a new way of product innovation,supply chain collaborative product innovation has been paid more and more attention by more and more enterprises based on its ability to effectively integrate resources between nodes,realize complementary advantages and improve product innovation efficiency.The rapid development of Shanxi Province can not be separated from the prosperity of manufacturing industry.,and the innovative mode of supply chain collaborative product could effectively improve the enterprise’s innovation performance and promote the economic development of the whole province.In view of this,it is significant to study the influence factors of supply chain cooperation product innovation in Shanxi province.In this paper,quantitative research and qualitative research are combined to study the influence factors of supply chain collaborative product innovation of Shanxi province according to the present situation of collaborative product innovation and the characteristics and actual situation of enterprise collaborative product innovation of this province.First of all,this paper introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research,the current situation and development of the research,the main ideas,methods,contents and emphases,difficulties and innovations of the research.The second part mainly introduces the research foundation,including the concept,the theory foundation.The concept mainly introduces the supply chain synergy,the product innovation,the supply chain cooperation product innovation,and the theory foundation mainly includes the system theory,the transaction cost theory.The third part discusses the current situation of manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province and the present situation and problems of supply chain cooperation product innovation in Shanxi Province,and analyzes the urgent demand of refining the factors influencing the innovation of supply chain collaborative products in Shanxi’s manufacturing industry.The forth part analyzes the process of supply chain collaborative product innovation in detail,on this basis,the influence factors are refined,6 research hypotheses are proposed,and the measurement of supply chain collaborative product innovation is selected,and 19 measure items are selected,finally,the influencing factor model of collaborative product innovation in manufacturing supply chain is constructed.Part Five selects some enterprises after the model determination to carry on the small-scale investigation,the structure display has good reliability and validity.After a large number of data collection in Shanxi Province by using network research and field research,we use SPSS to take consistency test and reliability analysis.After that,by using Amos structural equation to match the model fitting and using path analysis,we obtain the impact factors.The six Part puts forward the suggestion of improving the efficiency of supply chain cooperation product innovation in order to improve supply chain collaborative product innovation efficiency in Shanxi Province.Finally the thesis points out the insufficiency and future prospect of the research.This paper constructs the structural equation model of the influence factors of the supply chain cooperation product innovation in Shanxi Province,and carries on the empirical research,according to the research result,puts forward the suggestion to enhance the supply chain Synergy product innovation efficiency.We hope to provide theoretical guidance for the manufacturing enterprises in Shanxi province to carry out collaborative product innovation activities,so that they can distinguish the primary and secondary in the innovation activities,and then effectively carry out product innovation activities.
