As a new and effective integration of resources and innovative ways, thecollaborative innovation networks get the attention of the configuration of the world.In the deepening of C hina’s economic transformation, China’s coal industryrestructuring reflects the strategic necessity. Coal Energy structural is required toresource-saving and environment-friendly, low-carbon-oriented transformation.Facing the status quo of China’s coal resources and combing with the actual situationof the development of China’s coal enterprises, the development model ofEnterprises-universities-researches is becoming an important force in the progress ofthe coal industry. Currently, the collaborative innovation network system consisted bycoal enterprises and universities, research institutions and others provides a road forthe restructuring of the coal industry. By good interaction between the various maininnovation, the collaborative innovation network system can generate "1+1+1>3"innovation multiplier effect.With the actual development of enterprises-universities-researches innovation ofChina’s coal industry, based on enterprises-universities-researches theory,collaborative innovation theory, game theory and small-world network organizationtheory of of innovative research collaborative research this paper analyzes the latestresults of enterprises-universities-researches collaborative innovation at home andabroad. There are literature research, field investigation analysis, game analysis andanalysis of small-world network organization. This paper takes collaborativeinnovation network consisted of enterprises universities and researches as the researchobjects and explores the operating efficiency of enhancing enterprises-universities-re--searches collaborative innovation network of coal industry.Based on cooperative game model, the interest distribution mechanism ofcollaborative innovation network is analyzed. Results: Interest distribution ofenterprises-universities-researches collaborative innovation network is a dynamicprocess that needs to be adjusted according to the distribution of benefits programs atdifferent stages of collaborative innovation. Based on evolutionary game model the evolution of research on collaborative innovation network is analyzed. Results: Toachieve collaborative innovation of the two sides of the game, we should consider theimpact of the income coefficient emphatically r, risk factor v for network evolution.Finally, based on SW networks and matlab platform, the paper puts a few suggestionsto improve the operational efficiency of the network by simulating collaborativeinnovation network of coal industry,concluded:Reasonably determing the number ofcollaborative innovation networks involved in the subjects of innovation; Strengthenkey coal enterprises in network construction; Strengthening government network nodeconstruction; Heavy emphasis on networks bond breaking even, improving systemcooperation mechanism; Reducing the characteristic path length, strengtheningintermediary function.
