The Research On The Influences Of Innovation Environment To Enterprises Innovation Abilities

Nowadays, the innovation is the core power with which an enterprise, an area or acountry can get development. The advance in science and technology as well as theinnovation has become an important approach to enhance the comprehensive strength of anation day by day. As an economic entity, the enterprise is a main force by which thereform, innovation and other development measures can be implemented effectively.Therefore, it is becoming a social common goal of all circles to build a good environmentto promote the innovation.This article stands on the point of the view of an enterprise. We classify the innovationenvironment firstly, and elaborate the influences of the policy environment, the marketenvironment, the resources environment, the technology and the service environment to theenterprise innovation ability theoretically, along with some examples, then propose theresearch hypothesis according to specific impact of various environment dimension factors.Next is to introduce the present developing situation of high and new technology in Suzhouenterprises, and the construction situation of innovative environment in Suzhou, build amodel preparation to diagnose an empirical analysis. Then through investigation data ofhigh and new technology enterprises and the innovation environment, the researchqualifies various indicators, simultaneously introduces the control variable, establishes thereturn model and takes tests, further validate the hypothesis put forward by previously.Finally the research summarizes the conclusion obtained from real diagnosis analysis, through comparing the intensity of impact from various environment dimensions to theenterprise innovation ability, screening and sorting to the environment variables, and thendraws the final conclusion.According to the conclusion, this article proposes the focus to improve the innovationenvironment taken by the government, such as increasing fiscal spending, reinforce levelof market-driven, and take full use of demonstrable effect and competitive effect fromoverseas-funded enterprises. All these are to encourage the support function of innovationenvironment to enterprises innovation abilities.
