The Research For The Influencing Elements Of Innovation Environment Of High-tech Corporations Of Heilongjiang Province

The innovation is influenced by the social environment. Which kind of environment elements can influence the innovation of high-tech corporations? How the environment elements influence the innovation? And how the elements influence each other? These questions were explained in this dissertation.The innovation environment was explained by dynamic and ecology in this dissertation. Then we can know that it is the competition of innovation environment instead of the competition of the innovation ability of an area.The quality of the innovation environment of Heilongjiang province was analyzed in this dissertation. Every environmental aspect of Heilongjiang province was compared with the best area of our country. The differences were found from this comparison. And Heilongjiang province can do it better in the future.The innovation environment of high-tech corporations of Heilongjiang province was evaluated through the analysis of arrangement and the survey. And it was evaluated by fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process.Analysis was made to find the reason of the weakness of the innovation environment of high-tech corporations of Heilongjiang province. And advices were raised to improve the innovation environment of Heilongjiang province.
