Study On Enterprises Technological Innovation Abilities Evaluation System

With the continuous growth of the world economic integration and the improvement of the extent of opening to the outside of many economic bodies, the international economic competition is becoming more and more acute. With China's entry into the WTO, our enterprises will be faced with the acute challenges not only from civil enterprises; but from the overseas enterprises. The innovation activities and technological innovation abilities have been the incentive and sources that play a role in the existence and development of our enterprises.The thesis makes a profound analysis on technological innovation abilities evaluation system and finds out the index system and evaluating methods, establishes the evaluating prototype of technological innovation abilities decision supporting systems, and, finally makes a positive analysis on technological innovation abilities of selected typical enterprises. The thesis has five chapters. My works can be summarized as the follows:1. We discuss the enterprise innovation activities and technological innovation abilities in theory, it's definition and characteristics. We analyses the aspects of the system of technological innovation abilities and their implications.2. Adopting the theories and methods of system engineering and the conclusions of the other specialists, the thesis establishes the index system of technological innovation. We put forward the evaluation indicator system for enterprise technological innovation abilities, which is made up of six categories, and thirty indicators. Technological innovation abilities evaluation system that has been laid out in the thesis is according to the steps and characteristics of technological innovation by qualitative and quantitative analysis. The system adopts the standard concepts abroad and home, converting non-comparable factors into comparable factors that make the system more scientifically.3. We establish the evaluation methodology for enterprise technological innovation abilities. According to study of the common evaluation methods, analysis their advantage and shortcoming, and also consider the aspects of the index system of technological innovation, we decide the most suitable evaluation method-Analytic Hierarchy Process.4. We also implement the application of the enterprise technological innovation abilities evaluation methods.
