As the global economy integration and China’s rapid economic development and performance appraisal as one of the important aspects of human resources management, delivery strategy, improving employee performance, train and retain key talent, safeguard Enterprise operational mechanism, and improve the competitive ability of enterprise core has an irreplaceable role. The establishment of strategic direction, KPI (key performance indicators) as the core enterprise performance appraisal system, to build positive performance culture and a fair, effective performance measurement system is the only way for the success of every business.In recent years, With maturing KPIs system gradually absorb the balanced score card and other performance management tools of the advantages of the KPI system development, is not only the initial business strategy analysis tool, and gradually formed contain benefit category, operating class and organization class three categories of indicators, to enhance the core competitiveness, and enhance the economic and social benefits play a huge role, as the foundation and core of enterprise performance management system.However, in actual operation in practice of some companies in China, although most of the leadership performance appraisal as an important part of human resource management and contemporary management to give enough attention, but the lack of experience on specific applications and concepts of the KPI as the core of performance appraisal and there are some errors in the understanding, resulting in its play in the day-to-day operations of enterprises should be oriented incentives.This theory of light, to ask questions, analyze and solve the problem of basic ideas throughout the writing of the content of the paper. Firstly, the specific application of the performance appraisal and key performance indicators (KPI) assessment tool for theoretical elaboration and use of corporate interviews and case analysis method to analyze the problems of the current H Company:Lack of strategy, the assessment system failure. No quantitative evaluation system indicators, KPI indicators unreasonable design of practical problems. Then, according to the actual demand to KPI performance appraisal system as the core implementation of the program to meet the H’s, and performance evaluation results of the application, assessment and improvement.The paper is divided into five chapters, each chapter reads as follows:Chapter1Introduction. The purpose and significance of the main topics of this article, study background; Chapter II Chapter III, the H-company human resources performance management status quo Summary of KPI-based performance appraisal theory; Chapter Company H of the KPI-based performance assessment design; Chapter5, based on the implementation of the KPIs H’s performance appraisal system; Chapter Ⅵ, the conclusion.
