Coordinated Development Evaluation Study On Land Utilization And Urbanization Coupling System In Hebi City

Urbanization is the inevitable trend and demand with social progress and economic development.The height of urbanization level reflects the level of economic development and social civilization in acountry or a region, and can also be used to measure the developmental level of productivity, urbanizationhas been the important index to measure the social and economic development of China and even the wholeworld. With the faster course of urbanization and rapid development of social economy, the need of urbanconstruction to land as an essential productive factor is on the increase, there are also obvious discrepanciesin the strength of land utilization, forms of utilization and types of utilization in cities with differenturbanization levels. In recent years, the urbanization of Hebi City was at the stage of rapid development,under the big background of the idea of constructing large city and being the first to rise in Henan Province,Hebi City welcomed unprecedented developmental opportunities and challenges, rapid development ofsocial economy as well as the accompanying enormous changes in land utilization. Moderate developmentof urbanization is good for enhancing the intensive utilization level of land, and the intensive utilization ofland can also effectively drive the sustainable development of urbanization, the relationship between landutilization and urbanization is natural, interactive and coupling. In practice, only the coordinateddevelopment of both can they do well for the healthy and sustainable development of social economy.Therefore, in the course of social development, whether the land utilization coordinates with urbanizationand how to make them develop coordinately are of especial importance. Under this circumstance, this paperstudies the state of coordinated development of land utilization and urbanization coupling system in HebiCity. The main content of the study includes the following aspects:The first part IntroductionThe first chapter recount the research background and the significance、main research contents、research methods、data sources and the technical route of this paper briefly, furthermore retrospectiveanalysis and brief review the related domestic and international literature, to grasp the study of landutilization and urbanization on the characteristics and existing problems, do the rationality and scientifictopics.The second part Theory DiscussionThe second chapter first definite the concept of land utilization and land intensive utilization、urbanization and new type urbanization、coupling system and coordinated development respectively, thenanalysis the interaction of land utilization and urbanization, last introduce research methods of landutilization and urbanization, all establish the theoretical basis of follow-up study.The third part Empirical ResearchIncluding the third chapter、the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter. The third chapter, analysisland utilization and urbanization trend of Hebi City mainly, and discuss problems of land utilization in theprocess of urbanization. The fourth chapter, definite the guiding principles of evaluation, select appropriateevaluation indicators, form the evaluation index system of coupling system and coordinated developmentof land utilization and urbanization and determine the weight. The fifth chapter, collect、process data,calculate with evaluation model, and then analysis evaluation results. Last, judged the above analysis andsummed up results, and then proposes the approaches and measures of coordinated development of landutilization and urbanization in Hebi City.The fourth part Conclusions and Outlook The sixth chapter, sketch the main conclusions and understanding of this study, outlookimprovement of this study.
