The regulation of the real estate is now a hot topic of China’s economy. As the pillar industry, real estate promotes nearly70industries of both upstream and downstream, which is of vital importance to the national economy. The advertising of real estate media talked in this essay is also a closely related industry.In the past year, medias of all regions are affected by the market regulation, and the impact is especially hard to printed press. This essay analyzes changes in advertising demand of real estate developers, and new products launched by medias to meet the new market demands. The strengths and weaknesses of advertising on printed press nowadays are also deeply analyzed.Based on five forces model of strategic management, marketing strategy and the three selling theory of financial medias, this assay discusses what product strategy can XX financial press choose when advertising of the real estate adapts relatively weakly to the market of Shanghai. Then the assay further analyzes the feasibility and suitability of the products developed from those product strategies, in order to find suitable pricing strategy and sales model.The purpose of this assay is to find a breakthrough for traditional newspapers which are under double impact of both new media and market regulation.
