Nowadays,with the fast development of the advertising of China, the turnover of advertising get a great increase.The development of advertising play an important part in stimulating demand and consumption and advancing the validity of production.Advertising has become an important way of marketing and advertising planning has also become the important problem of the corporation.Advertising is a whole strategy of advancing planning, implement planning and testing the effect of advertising. Without a perfect and careful planning,the company will not get ideal advertising effect.So advertising planning is the very core and spirit of advertising.This article use the basic theory and mean of economics,statistics, advertising and marketing to expatiate the theory of advertising planning. Introducing the method of grey correlative degree analysis, the paper analyzes those factors impacting on the development of advertising. The paper enumerates the importance of factors, ranging from the most to the least important in their order, namely the number of advertising agency, the gross domestic production, and total amount of the advertiser.This article give emphasis to the study of selecting medium for advertising and the evaluation of advertising effectln the study of advertising medium,the paper use dual simplex method to analyse optimum combination about selecting medium for advertising. In the study of the effect of advertising, entropy two-base-point approach is used to evaluate the social effects of internet advertising.
