The Study Of Enterprises Promotion Strategy Uranium Conversion Core Competitiveness Of SLS Limited

The nuclear industry is a strategic industry for national security,shouldering national defense construction and the scared duty of the national security.From the late fifties of the last century, we have established a complete nuclear fuel cycle industry in China. Uranium conversion occupies a very large proportion and has an important role in the nuclear fuel cycle system, which is the foundation of the nuclear industry, and is also an important part of the nuclear fuel cycle.Currently, China’s production of uranium conversion is all concentrated in the SLS Co.,Ltd (SLS).The mode of production is under the planned economy, and the production and price are all controlled by the state.In recent years, due to the adjustment of the national energy structure, the uranium conversion is developing rapidly. Because the nuclear industry was long-term affected by the planned economic system, comparing with foreign advanced uranium conversion manufacturers, there are certain gaps between the production capacity and cost control.In order to face the future competition in the market, a reality viable direction for the SLS conversion of uranium production enterprises is to meet changes in market demand and enhance the core competitiveness.In this context, this paper presents the study of the strategy of improving the core competitiveness of the SLS uranium conversion. First, we present the comparison and analysis of SLS uranium conversion enterprises and international advanced uranium production enterprises;second, we analyze the external competitive environment of SLS uranium conversion enterprise, also conduct a comprehensive analysis of SLS carrying on SWOT; finally, according to the analysis we know that the strategies of enhancing the core competitiveness are promoting the construction of production bases, expanding the scale of production capacity, innovating the uranium conversion management system, actively participating in international competition in the market, supporting of national policy. We should promote SLS uranium conversion business development and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprises.Through the study of the strategy of SLS uranium conversion enterprise enhancing competitiveness, we can see the gap between China and the advanced enterprises, and seize the opportunities for development by drawing on the experience of advanced enterprises,ultimately to enhance the core competitiveness of SLS uranium conversion.
