With the rapid development of economy, the designing and management of compensation system become increasingly important in enterprise human resource management. A reasonable compensation system could attract and retain qualified personnel, and vice versa may result in the loss of talent, which would have a negative impact on the long-term development of enterprises.Commercial real estate industry is new and subject to government support and protection. As foreign companies have not poured into the industry, design of compensation system is lack of references. Wide sources of personnel make the job settings quite complex, and horizontal comparison of pay levels is difficult. The industry is seriously lack of personnel which brings high labor costs and high attrition rates.To solve the problems above, the paper re-divided all the positions of D Company, and give different positions differentiated pay structure. Then establish a job value assessment system that paid for the job and responsibilities. Beyond that, the paper strengthens the role of the remuneration of health, design different compensation program to different level employees.As the signal of labor price, compensation regulates the flow of supply and demand of labor. This article based on the market conditions and industry characteristics of D Company, by in-depth research, is likely to be included in actual implementation of corporate human resources.
