Along with economic development, energy issues have become an important bottleneck constraining economic development. Energy saving has become the only way out of the protection of ecological environment, and the sustainable development of economic. The energy-saving goal of The Eleventh Five-Year period which our country made has been fulfilled. In the Twelfth Five-Year period our country set out more stringent energy-saving goal in order to get better energy efficiency, to ensure the steady development of national economic and the further improvement of the living standards. The construction industry is another major field of energy saving after the industry. A series of comments and suggestions about energy-saving, emission reduction of the construction industry has been introduced according the very situation of Beijing, which has important guiding significance for Beijing to achieve its own energy-saving task and the as well as national emission reduction targets. Based on this we will set up two sets of evaluation system:the recent one (refinement of the present index) and the forward one. Finally, combined with the analysis of the questionnaire, this paper will propose some feasible measures to reduce construction energy consumption under the evaluation system during the Twelfth Five-Year period. This will be conductive to carry out the decomposition and distribution of the energy-saving mission. At the same time, it is of great significance for the realization of the energy-saving and emission reduction tasks in Beijing as well as the national goals.This paper will make an in-depth analysis on the present situation of the energy consumption in Beijing construction industry from the total quantity, structure and the statistical-assessment situation and so on. Combined with the deep study on the mode of the energy consumption in Beijing construction industry, this paper will build two sets of assessment index systems:the recent one and the forward one, which will provide a scientific, reasonable and comprehensive theory support for gathering the basic energy consumption data of the energy consumption statistics and assessment work in Beijing construction industry. In this way, it will make it easy for gathering the energy consumption data in Beijing construction industry. At the same time, the establishment of the two sets of assessment index systems will lead the construction enterprise to transform the energy management mode and execute its energy management work in a more scientific and effective way. This means a lot for the fulfillment of the energy conservation and emission reduction mission, both in Beijing construction industry and all over the country. |
