Energy conservation and emission reduction is implementing the scientific conceptof development, construction environment friendly and resource-saving society’simportant measures. Construction as the main areas of high energy consumption, hasbecome a top priority in energy consumption reducing area. Building energyconsumption mainly includes construction energy consumption and operation energyconsumption. Among them, the research of operation energy consumption seems to bemore mature. But the issue of construction energy consumption has not been paidenough attention and few research on it, so that, it affect the construction enterpriseimplementation of energy and emission reduction goals, restricted the development ofthe enterprise. Therefore, we should strengthen the construction of the study and controlenergy consumption. In order to reduce the energy consumption of buildingconstruction, we need to issue construction standard energy consumption urgently. Asthe basis of energy conservation and emission reduction for construction enterprise, thisis what this paper research purposes.This paper based on the construction project in Xi’an as the research object,analyzed the construction the influence factors of energy consumption, and put forwardthe construction of the standard of energy principle and method steps by investigationand research widely. Through the research of energy consumption structure ofdecomposition and coding system in the construction project, divided building energyconsumption project reasonably through union the list of quantities of constructionproject partial construction projects. Determine the energy consumption determination conditions when assay the data. By comparing various determination methods, theresearch used the volume of the improved method, field measurement, and randommeasured method to determinate the data of fuel, electric power and quantities inbuilding construction separately. The original data was analyzed and eliminated theabnormal values by test criterion. Combined with the entropy theory and informationdiffusion theory, the construction energy consumption data will be diffused.
