Research On The Safety Responsibility Risk Of Construction Supervision

The Specification of Construction Engineering Safety Production, enacted in February2004, has clearly defined the safety responsibility of the concerned company, and it’s the first time to define the safety responsibility of construction supervision,which makes the construction supervision company and engineer are both faced with the new safety risks.The risk factors of safety accident come from a lot of cause relating to construction units, but at actual execution, the risk of other construction companies often transfer partly risk to the construction supervision, this greatly increases the risk of construction supervision. The construction supervision company’s management belongs to the owner’s management. In order to perform its functions better, it is necessary to deeply analysis the safety responsibility risks.This paper put forward an idea of risk management under the development of construction industry in China, and on the analysis of the construction supervision safety responsibility mechanism and the legal safety responsibility. The paper also suggested some ideas such as the theory of risk management, risk identification, risk evaluation and so on, which can help the construction supervision company to determine project’s safety risk factors, and puts forward the countermeasures of risk management.
