A Study On Community Take Part In Touring Planning

Tourism planning is the base and guidance of tourism development, put the most characteristic resources, the form of production and life and ecological culture into scientific planning for the sustainable development of tourism industry. The government, developers, planning experts and scholars should pay attention to community residents participation in tourism planning,from the view of sustainable development, tourism planning is not privileges of government, enterprise and expert, lack of community residents participation in tourism planning is difficult to truly reflect the local characteristic, the community residents as he tourism destination host, supposedly in a dominant position in tourism planning process, tourism planning should attach importance to community functions, planning process must join a community participatory methods. The article discusses the problems and response decision of community participation in tourism planning. The article uses variety of methods, including questionnaire investigation method, literature research, empirical research, qualitative research and quantitative research, reached the problems and current situation at present of our country community participation in tourism planning, put forward the principle that the community participation should be followed in tourism planning, and it makes decision to solves the problem, in order to provide theoretical support for making better tourism planning.This article is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, including the background, significance and purpose, the research methods and community participation in tourism planning review; the second chapter on theory and concepts of community participation in tourism planning, community, community participation,community participation in tourism planning, community participation consciousness, ability, outcomes and mechanisms, etc; in addition to do some research on the ecological and sustainable tourism; the third chapter analyzes the current community participation in tourism planning, the existing problems and the status quo, this chapter mainly adopted questionnaire investigation method and empirical research, in-depth analysis the situation and the question of community participation in tourism planning; fourth chapter clearly elaborated the countermeasures of the community participation in tourism planning,in front and based on the analysis of the problem and situation, the community should be fully aware of the importance of community participation in tourism planning, tourism planning should follow certain principles, from community participation consciousness, ability, outcomes and mechanisms four elements to realize the community participation in tourism planning, the government should cultivate and improve the community residents participation With awareness and ability, strengthening community participation outcomes and perfect the mechanism of community participation, in order to pave the way and preparation for community residents participation in tourism planning, this chapter is core; fifth chapter is the main conclusions and further research trends, at last the author states the direction of continue.This article example on the northwest of Yunnan Province Shangri-La ecological tourism zone to carry empirical research, the results have certain limitations, the study in the future will continue to study deeply and widely on the community participation in tourism planning research.
