More and more Chinese insiders understand that manufacturing-subcontracting business is an efficient method to have advance technology and advance management level.In the view of local project management team of overseas subcontracting buyer H, this report introduced pilot subcontracting project execution, analyzed the problems according to project management theory and 6 Sigma improvement procedures.From the phenomena of pilot manufacturing subcontracting project real case, we analyzed findings of main problems in the project execution. Then we find resolution via six Sigma procedure improvement tool for the most critical difficulty NCR solution.This thesis could be the reference of overseas equipment subtracting projects buyer, and also will be benefit to China domestic equipment manufacturer for subcontracting projects management improvement. |
