Research Of Product Optimization Design Based On QFD And DOE

With the requirements of products quality increasing, enterprises how to effectively start from product design to improve product quality to meet customer needs has become the key to obtain competitiveness. But at present, the enterprise in product optimization design fail to effectively integrate customer requirements into the product design process, making the customer requirements gathering and design process into two processes related to a lower degree. On the other hand, even get initial design of product optimization, but the specific parameters in subsequent product design, enterprise always gets into the huge investment and limited gains embarrassing. Therefore, how with low cost, high efficiency realizing customer requirements into product optimization design, radically enhance product quality has become an important advantage to gain market competition.Applying Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and Design of Experiment (DOE) theory as a foundation, This paper proposes based on QFD and DOE product optimization design model, through a variety of methods to analyze the importance degree of customer requirements, using QFD convert to the importance of product technical characteristics. In further specified product optimization design, this paper introduces the DOE method, enabling enterprises get best optimal design parameters combination with the lower cost and higher efficiency, and break through former related research only focus on preliminary product optimization design and have trouble in practical operability. On this basis, this study selected the NE company and JS company for case analysis. Research results show that the model has better feasibility and effectiveness, which can help enterprises solve practical problems in product optimization design, and improve product quality, enhance competition ability. Finally, this paper conducted on the limitations of the study and put forward the prospects for future research with providing new direction and frame, and for the enterprise's actual operation for reference.
