With the development and popularization of the Internet and other information technology, informatization has become an important guarantee of the development of social productivity and economics, and competitive advantage. Rural informatization is one of the important way to change the backward rural areas, and to promote rural economic development, eliminate poverty in rural areas.Based on the precedent researches, this study takes the rural informatization and the mobile e-commerce as its theoretical foundation. Through a combination of literature review and field research, as well as summarized and comparative analysis, this paper gains several meaningful conclusions as following:First, the mobile e-commerce plays an important role in promoting rural informatization while the overall environment is also conducive to the development of mobile e-commerce market.Second, the service model of mobile e-commerce in rural informatization which based on the controlling party is divided into two categories, a total of seven specific model.Thirdly, during all the specific services modes, the telecom operator-led model of agricultural products and the mobile e-commerce enterprise-led model of personal consumption can be easily expended across the country.Fourthly, this paper constructed some innovative applications based on the "Mobile Farmers’ Market" Application Platform.Based on the conclusions in the study, this paper also provides some suggestions on development of mobile e-commerce in rural informatization for government and related enterprises.
