The rapid development of mobile communication technology and the popularization of mobile terminals(such as mobile phone,handheld computer,etc.)make people's living and consumption habits tend to move.At the same time,with the improvement of people's living standards and the increasing pressure of work and life,the demand for tourism is becoming more and more intense.The requirement of pattern and individuation.With its platform and technical advantages,tourism mobile e-commerce has been recognized and used by more and more people.Tourism mobile e-commerce has become a trend of tourism development.The key to the success of mobile e-business is to provide perfect service.But a series of factors such as constantly changing environment and frequent updating technology make the tourism consumers have higher requirements for their service quality.Only by providing perfect service to meet the needs of consumers,enterprises can compete better and survive,so the quality of mobile e-commerce service in domestic travel is now carried out.It is very necessary to study and evaluate.Based on the mobile e-commerce service quality of domestic tourism industry as the reference object,based on the user experience angle,this paper systematically appraise and deeply study the service quality of the domestic tourism mobile e-commerce,and then establish a reasonable and objective evaluation system for objective evaluation,in order to promote the tourism mobile e-commerce in China.The quality of service provides inspiration.This paper first analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad and its existing problems,introduces the basic theory of user experience and the service quality of tourism mobile ecommerce.Secondly,it introduces the theory of entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,establishes the application of entropy weight theory in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and advances the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of entropy weight.In the end,the entropy weight theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are applied to the actual case,and the quality of service is evaluated through six dimensions,and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.The research method used in this paper is to maximize the use of all kinds of evaluation information,the calculation process is simpler than other methods,and the evaluation results are quite scientific and reliable.As a kind of evaluation means,entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method should be measured from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative.From the angle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the paper studies the quantity of service quality of tourism mobile e-commerce by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and entropy theory,enriching the evaluation of service quality.The method and theory of price.
