He made detailed investigation on the thesis. At the same time, he tracked the method’s application in an enterprise. The method has good effect on improving the production-line’s efficiency.Adopting the flexible management method to improve the production-line’s efficiency is a new method for the manufacturing enterprise’s production-line management. Meanwhile, the method’s successful application in an enterprise also proves that it is an advanced method. Nowadays, since the international economy becomes globalized and the regional economic becomes Integrated, the flexible management method will be a more efficient method that is applied in enterprise’s all management.The "Flexible Management" is a management thesis which is contrast to the "Rigid Management". The rigid management takes the regulation as its core and it uses the regulations to manage staff. But the flexible management takes the human as its core, that is to say, the method will motivate human’s creativity by adopting personnel’s self-management, overall management and dynamic adjustment, etc. it also can enhance the staff’s enthusiasm and the production-line’s efficiency. Meanwhile, the manufacturing enterprise can short the non-plan breakdown time and enhance the production-line’s efficiency by adopting the flexible management method, which can timely adjust the maintenance plan and production task to meet the market’s requirements. In addition, the flexible management method is also used in the maintenance management process. The production-line’s efficiency can be enhanced because the maintenance quality is improved and the maintenance time is shorted by adopting the flexible management. Obviously, in the rapidly-changing economy situation, the enterprise’s vitality and competitiveness will be strengthened by adopting the flexible management method. The production-line’s efficiency and the management efficiency will also be improved.An enterprise’s competitiveness and development is restricted because the production efficiency of their seamless steel tube’ production-line is low.
