With the rapid development of our society, the compotation between companies is becoming more intense. How to maintain the position among the competitors depends on the knowledge workers owed by the companies. At present "post—80’s" who was born in 1980s have gone to work, they have become an important part of knowledge-based workforce in the companies. Due to different background,there are obvious differences between post—80’s employees and pre-80’s both in work value and behavior personalities, which are mainly reflected by defying authority, highlighting individualism and high employee turnover etc. These problems are troubling enterprise managers. Therefore, how to achieve the effective management of post-80’s knowledge worker to reduce their turnover rate becomes a critical and realistic issue for the modern company.This thesis will regard serving well-educated workers as the object of research, to dig out the real reason for employee turnover, we study the turnover of the post 80’s well-educated employees in Y company and give some workable strategies. The study depends on the application of human resource management, organizational behavior and job satisfaction theory.The high turnover rate of the post 80’s well- educated employees is very common in companies of China. It has great significance for the future development not only for Y Company but also for other companies which have the same background and facing the same problem enterprises to research and resolve this problem.
