A Study On The Operation Performance Of Strategy Alliance For Industrial Technology Innovation

Since the 1980 s, more and more enterprises realized, it’s so hard to survive anddevelop in the global economy and the rapid development of science and technologyof market environment with their own strength. Strategic alliance becomes theimportant means to improve the competitive advantage for the modern enterprises. Asa new mode of cooperation, strategy alliance for industrial technology innovationplays an important role in promoting the growth of economic and the construction ofnational innovation system. Also, it helps the industrialization of the scientific andtachnological achievements and optimize the resources in innovation activities for theeffective distribution .This properties make it become the frontier and hot spots ininternational research and the theory.Viewing on the current research, taking on the difference between strategyalliance of industrial technology innovation with similar ones, in addition to thegeneral properties. From investment, operation and output, these three aspects discussmain factors effect alliance operation performance; and establish the operationperformance evaluation index system from the three stages; then use AHP and fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the operation performance. Finally, usea case to realize the model. Through the analysis, get the main research conclusion asfollows:(1)Investment, operation and output all has the important influence factors. Inestabli- ing the evaluation index system of the operation performance, must considerthree stages, combined with the characteristics and actual alliance operation procedure,from the whole process to extract index, and that is just to carry on the comprehensiveevaluation.(2) At present, our country’s strategy alliance of industrial technology innovationstill in the initial development stage many financial indexes are not obvious, so can’tget the financial indexes used to evaluate the performance basis on, Consider thischaracteristics, the more attention must be payed on operation process health, therelationship between union members when they do research in extracting index.(3) Through the case, found operation stage accounts the largest weight, showthe operation stage takes the most important effect on alliance performance. Andfound that the members’satisfaction degree, the degree of the communication between the core members (such as enterprise,university and scientific researchinstitution) influence the operation process largely. This just go to the actual that mustpay more attention on the operation, rather than investment and output after thealliance had builded.
