With the advent of the knowledge economy, the further development of information technology and economic globalization, the enterprise has created a huge impact. This makes enterprises find it difficult to depend on their own to gain a foothold in today's increasingly complex market environment. Besides, enterprises no longer just depend on the possession of scarce resources, but find their complementary partners in the field of technology and knowledge. Through this way, they can establish a functional link to expand the market and win more opportunities. In such a social environment and business needs, the strategic alliance can prevail. As the Enterprise and the Enterprise Alliance continues to mature, Enterprise-University Alliance is produced and is paid more and more attention to. For their own strategic purposes and by agreement or co-organized approach, university and enterprise set up the University -Enterprise knowledge alliance which is a supplementary unified body which takes knowledge as its link. The knowledge alliance between enterprises and universities is no longer a new topic, but achievement's evaluation between universities and business has been paid little concern about, even if otherwise the quantitative analysis is touched.Based on the above discussion, this thesis evaluates the achievements which have adopted Enterprise-University Alliance from a business point of view. After analyzing the background and significant of the research, and reading a great amount of literature, the thesis makes a literature review about knowledge alliance and achievement evaluation. Under the guidance of theory, the thesis proposes the construction's premise of the achievements evaluation model and indicator system design dimensions, and focuses on establishing a model's process of achievement evaluation index system. Indicator system's construction is the key point of this thesis, which mainly uses the Delphi method, the questionnaire survey procedure, as well as the SPSS analytic method to construct the indicator system of the University - Enterprise knowledge alliance scientifically. Finally, this thesis makes a multiple regression analysis on multi-dimensions of the indicator system, which provides enterprises with a quantitative standard. This causes enterprises to have a quantitative standard to make alliance's analysis feasible before choosing to form an alliance with universities.
