Along with the perfection of China’s market economic system and the acceleration of the global economic integration process, enterprise collectivization trend in China is increasingly obvious. Existing traditional decentralization in management and accounting system has been very difficult to meet the need of business enterprise collectivization management and development. Under the influence of cash domination" trend, enterprise groups realize the significance of the funds management. More and more enterprises have established their independent and specialized funds management departments to operate funds in more efficient and centralized ways with the help of the financial services from Modern Banks.This paper will start from the description of enterprise groups organization. Then the concept of "funds-centralized management" will be brought in and combines with the various financial products provided by Banks to evaluate and used for enterprise group companies. Based on the above method, we can find out and analyze the problems that enterprise group companies are facing during their existing funds managing then provide them effective and reasonable solutions, the solutions will be supported by quantitative analyze through a practical case. At last, we will look forward to the future development of the "funds-centralized management" by discussing the present requirements of enterprise’s funds management and China Banks’payment system. Hopefully, all the discussion could give "funds-centralized management" dependable supports and been utilized by the interrelated companies in both theoretical and practical way.The main significance of this research are as follows:First, more accurate analysis of the characteristics of enterprise groups in China, to evaluate the current status of financial management; from the management concepts, models, methods and technical tools to start, summarized the classification, analysis of different enterprises centralized management of funds advantages and disadvantages under different management models constructed and operable enterprise group, the scientific enterprise group of funds focused on management systems and improve fund use efficiency of reference, which is the main purpose of this paper lies.Secondly, a typical case, for the importance of financial management enterprise group and the actual operational mode for quantitative analysis, through the centralized management of funds brought before the effects of the different comparative analysis of financial management, enterprise group further demonstrated the need for centralized management of funds and the actual operational mode.Finally, with the current development of enterprise groups and the development of bank payment and settlement systems, large enterprise groups in the future more intensive management mode of funding prospects, the long-term capital for enterprises to develop management plans to provide reference.
