It then proceeds to point out some problems, such as the problems on the current management system are because of the inappropriate management system of geological prospecting units and the inefficient property right operational system as well as the impartial allocation of the public welfare geological prospecting fruits, etc., and proposes a series of management reform plans and policy formulations, including establishing and improving the property right operational mechanism which is based on the theory of property right, giving energetic support to the systematical creation, putting the management system of the geological prospecting units in good order, deepening the reform in appropriate, establishing a crack professional public welfare team that meets the demand of the current geological prospecting, and strengthening the supervision of the commercial geological prospecting market.
