The Study On Factors Of Employer Behavior In The Information System Security

In order to restrain the destruct behavior by employees to threat information systemssecurity. Based on social psychology, this paper explain the reason that informationsystems had been damaged by employees according to theory of planned behavior(TPB),which, in turn, is to study the behavior of employees violating information securitysystems deeply. According to research about TPB and deterrence theory, this paperproposed some propositions and one conceptual model, and considered that enterprisescan combine TPB and deterrence theory to regulate employee behavior and strengthen theconstruction of enterprise information system security by the study of new model.Firstly, brief discourse the background, purpose and significance of this paper. Thendiscussion emergence and development of information systems, elaborate the correlationstudy. At the same time, we research the concept and development of the Theory ofPlanned Behavior and deterrence theory. According to study by the related literature，combination the study of personal information interactive behavior, we have corrected theTheory of Planned Behavior, based on the Theory of Planned Behavior we adding thedeterrence theory. Establish the new model for information systems security. In this paperwe proposed some exogenous variable, such as the desired results, self-efficacyinterpersonal trust, through those exogenous variables determine the framework of thisarticle. On this basis, using five-point scale standard in linkert to quantify each question,and through structural equation modeling to validate the model. Finally, draw theconclusions based on data analysis, and propose appropriate remedial proposal for theenterprise.The contributions of this research include the following:①Use the Theory of planned behavior into the behavior of employees at theinformation system, compensate the lack of research and has a certain innovative.②Combine Theory of planned behavior and Deterrence theory. Through the Theoryof planed behavior to study the factors of attitude toward the behavior, Subjective normconcerning the behavior, Perceived Behavioral Control. Through the Deterrence theory tointroduction the variable to research the behavior. Complement the research aboutinformation systems security. ③According to the conclusions of this study, in order to guarantee the security of theinformation systems, puts forward some management suggestions of the enterprise staff’sbehavior.
