| The innovative city is an urban form which based on the culture of innovationã€institutional innovation and depends on innovationã€human resources and the scientificand technological progress. the innovative city should contain perfectinnovation-oriented system designã€the leadership mechanism of innovation activities,high level of innovation investment and basic conditions, the large-scale ofenterprise-driven model.The innovation capability of China is relatively weak, whichranked24at49major countries and at a medium level. To enhance the capability ofindependent innovation and build the innovative city is the inevitable requirement ofmajor cities.The innovation capability becomes the most important and core strength of acountry. Building the innovation system, improve the capability of independentinnovation become the most important measure for these countries to remain dominate.To improve the innovation capability is the requirement of the situation for most citiesin China. But what is innovative city? How to build the innovative city in thebackground of the economic situation? what tools will be used to improve the operatingmechanismã€innovation policy and structural conditions? These questions will beresearched and answered in this thesis.In this study, the backgroundsã€objectiveã€current situation of home and abroad aredepicted at first.secondly, it described the literatures and determine the theoreticalboundary from the point of views below: meanings and theories of the innovative cityã€the evaluation index system of innovative city and so on. Thirdly, it searched anddescribed the basics and reality of Chongqing, assessed the advantages anddisadvantages, then gave a strategic design based on the analysis results. Finally, therewere five proposals given off, as well as the summary and the prospect of theconstruction of innovative city. |
