The Construction And Evaluation Study On Green Supply Chain For Manufacturing Enterprises

The traditional manufacturing enterprises have provided mankind with a lar genumber of material wealth,but also threatens the people’s living environment.With theidea of sustainable development was put forward,the traditional manufacturingenterprises with itself as the core,through the transfer of part of economic interests,toimplement green procurement,green design,green production,green logistics,greenmarketing,green consumption and green recycling as the main means of constructinggreen supply chain strategy and to search for the right node enterprises of the chain inorder to form the green supply chain management system.It is better for meeting therequirements of the sustainable development and this also can constantly createbenefits for enterprises on the supply chain.Because of China is a big manufacturingcountry,but not a powerful manufacturing country,we need to implement green strategyfor supply chain management in order to make our country to be a powerfulmanufacturing country from big.The content of this paper is mainly divided into two parts,at first it introduces theconstructing green supply chain strategy for manufacturing enterprises;Secondly,on thebasis of the concept of "green degree" effect evaluation study of green supplychain.The main research contents are as follows:(1) We explain the concept of supply chain management and green supply chainmanagement,discuss the differences between the two, and show the importance ofgreen supply chain.(2) Starting from the product life cycle,we have a detailed analysis of the mainpart of the green strategy,include green procurement,green design,green production,green logistics,green marketing,green consumption and green recycling and so on.(3) On the basis of the concept of "green degree",we construct the evaluation index for manufacturing enterprises that are the core b usiness of the green supplychain.At the same time,we constructed the evaluation model with the fuzzy analytichierarchy process(Fuzzy-AHP) through the combination of quantitative and qualitative.We make the core enterprise’s green degree on behalf of the green supply chain’s greendegree and it is conducive to simplify the overall evaluation of the green supply chain.(4) Through the evaluation of green supply chain of a manufacturing enterpriseW,we analysis the strengths and weaknesses of this company in the green supply chainmanagement,then give the improved strategies and recommendations.
