In recent years, frequent the housing prices, and the housing market· works, such asthe residential real estate, real estate investment overheating, rapid rise in house priceshas affected the improvement of people’s living standards and the national financialsecurity. Housing prices were rising too fast is not only related to a city’s developmentand financial security, relates to the cost of living of ordinary people. In order to curbhousing prices rose too quickly to further regulate the real estate market in order toensure the rapid and healthy development of real estate, since2003, the countryintroduced a large number of policy on the real estate market regulation, evidence, theState macroeconomic regulation and control of results across the Board is not ideal. Dueto their periodicity, the development of real estate of real estate products of theimmovable and regional real estate product consumption, real estate development hasdistinct regional characteristics. A single city on price regulation is insufficient. With thisbackground, we try to summarized the major contributors in the field of view, andthrough its theoretical logic, to from another side to understand prices and understand ourprices in real terms. This article hoping for people seeking answers to these questionsprovides some useful perspective.
