Once the electronic waste which can cause serious environmental pollution isrecovered and recycled reasonably, it would be the new secondary resource. Tostrengthen the recovery and recycling of electronic waste has very importantsignificance to relieve the current crisis of resources and promote the economic andsocial sustainable development in China. Interests is one of the key influencing factorsof industrial development. The economic analysis on recovery and recycling ofelectronic waste in China was done in this paper. The main analysis content can bedescribed as below:First of all, the behaviors of stakeholders related to the recovery and recyclingsystem of electronic waste were analyzed and an evaluation model on the value ofrecovery and recycling system of electronic waste was constructed and its value wasevaluated. Then, the calculation method of amount, source and sharing ratio ofsubsidies for the recovery and recycling system of electronic waste was put forwardand effects of the subsidies on this system and the distribution method between therecovery subsystem and recycling subsystem was studied. Finally, somecountermeasures to promote the development of recovery and recycling industry ofelectronic waste were proposed. It can be concluded as follows:First,the value of recovery and recycling system of electronic waste consists ofresource value, environmental protection value and energy saving value. The amountof subsidies for the recovery and recycling system of electronic waste was equivalentto the sum of environmental protection value and energy saving value, which shouldbe provided by the producers of electronic waste and the government.Second, the optimal scale of recovery and recycling enterprises and optimalutilization of electronic waste can be calculated according to the existing scale ofrecovery and recycling enterprises and the amount of subsidies. The recycling ofelectronic waste can be arrived at the maximum value when the reasonabledevelopment strategy was made by the government to promote the development ofrecovery and recycling of electronic waste industry.Third, there is a reasonable distribution method of the subsidies for the recovery and recycling enterprises forcing the recovery and recycling enterprises to be in anoptimal equilibrium state at the same time, while the recycling amount arrives at themaximum value and both of the recovery and recycling enterprises obtain maximumprofits. The distribution coefficient of subsidies is determined by the enterprises scaleand cost-benefit structure of the recovery and recycling enterprises.
