Food is the necessary foundation to the mankind for existence anddevelopment．Food safety is a critical standard to measure people’s lifequality，social management level and country’s legislative construction,In recent years，the current food safety situation of our country is notoptimistic，food safety incidents appear in the newspaper and TV veryoften． which rang an alarm for the food security problem．It has becomeone of worldwide hot spots that people focus．Therefore，it is urgent andimportant to study on food safety regulation．The purpose of this thesis is to try to study the existing problems offood safety regulation in China from．the aspect of regulation in publicadministration，by using the method of logic analysis and comparativeanalysis to analyze．Moreover，the thesis puts forward the practicalmeasures of food safety regulation system in China．It has majortheoretical and realistic significance to ensure people’s food safety，keepnormal operation for market economy and perfect the system ofgovernment’s public administration function．...
