Autonomous learning is a kind of modern learning theory which is based oncognitive psychology and humanistic psychology. With the conception of theconstruction of learning-oriented organization and lifelong learning, and the perceptionof study pressure and the demand of learning to people, employees have to autonomouslearning to improve personal knowledge and skills. However, various factors influenceemployees’ autonomous learning, and all these prevent employees’ autonomous learningbehavior. We should fully understand the main influential factors of autonomouslearning, in order to make employees better autonomous learning. At present, there israrely study of autonomous learning in management field in China, which morequalitative study and less quantitative study. And the study of the influence factors ofautonomous learning can’t provide theoretical basis and technical guidance forenterprises. Therefore, it’s of great significance to strengthen the understanding ofemployees’ autonomous learning, and understand the problems、restricting factors andinfluencing factors of employees’ autonomous learning, put forward to thecountermeasures of employees autonomous learning.This paper mainly adopts the literature analysis method, interview, questionnaireand statistics analysis method. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background、the research objectives, research significances, research route and research methods.Secondly, relevant theories of autonomous learning are reviewed. Then, this paperintroduces the present situation、the existence question and its restricting factors ofknowledge workers’ autonomous learning in Chongqing SEM. This paper discusses theinfluence factors by using the factor analysis method and analyses the important degreeof influence factors of knowledge workers’ Autonomic Learning, and analyses thedifference autonomous learning of enterprises in different degree and enterprise scale.Finally, this paper provides countermeasures of knowledge workers’ autonomouslearning and comes to a conclusion and outlook.
