Based On The COSO Theoretical Framework Of The Dairy Supply Chain Risk Management

In recent years, China’s food industry always keeps a high-speed development.People’s living standards have improved greatly, and their eating habits have changed.More and more people pay attention to nutrition intake, and the demand of dairyproducts is increasing. People think that dairy products and comprehensive nutrition isrich, called the "perfect food", increase consumer can improve people’s dairy products,increase nutrition level of national physical. Between2000and2006China’s per capitaconsumption of milk products increased by76%, but also a lot of potential safetyproblems occur frequently in the entire dairy supply chain. So how to avoid dairyindustry food safety accidents, improve the overall risk of dairy supply chain, andenhance the international competitiveness of dairy in China becomes an urgent question.From the point of supply chain, this article attempts to apply the COSO riskmanagement theory in the study of the dairy industry risk, and find out the problemsexisting in the dairy industry in China. This paper analyzes the influence of risk factors,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. The main contents andconclusions are as follow:1. This paper mainly in the following several aspects of research, and discusses theimportance and necessity of research in the dairy industry under the environment ofsupply chain risk management. Through a large number of documents and papers, thispaper first puts forward the importance of studying supply chain risk in dairy industry inChina. Then the paper summarizes the risk factors, and through investigation to collectdata and do empirical analysis. At last, the paper identifies the most risky factors, andputs forward the solutions.2. The COSO risk management framework implement on the dairy supply chain,then using the questionnaire survey way, to the dairy industry risk management forempirical research. The risk management of the dairy industry construct the indexsystem, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to dairy supply chain riskevaluation. At last, the paper proposed the risk management measure.The result of this paper is helpful for promoting our country’s dairy supply chainrisk management research, and provides some useful suggestions, thus improving thequality of the favorable dairy products, and reducing the quality safety accidents. It has great practical significance in our country.
