| As material conditions continue to rise,people have put forward new requirements for food quality,due to the short preservation period and the "melamine" event,consumers have doubts about domestic dairy products,but in recent years,dairy products ushered in a new spring.Due to the characteristics of dairy products,the traditional dairy products supply chain has great limitations.The advent of Internet of things technology makes the dairy products supply chain gradually perfect.The transportation technology of the traditional supply chain can not meet the requirements.The way is far away,and dairy products have expired.However,with the support of Internet of things technology,the cold chain technology solves this problem,but with the development of Internet of things technology the dairy supply chain is facing new challenges and risks.This study focuses on the construction of the dairy supply chain risk index system under the Internet of things environment and how to control it.Based on the research of various scholars,this research combs the related theories such as the Internet of Things and supply chain,analyzes the current situation of the supply chain of dairy products enterprises in China,starts with problems,and proposes the necessity of constructing a risk indicator system for dairy products supply chain;The research uses the HHM method to identify dairy product risk indicators in the Internet of Things environment,and conducts a multi-perspective risk analysis based on the characteristics of the dairy product supply chain.According to the controllable risk and uncontrollable risk,the risk is combined with the Internet of Things system structure.Divided into: perception layer risk,network layer(information layer)risk,application layer risk and other risks.Use ISM to analyze the hierarchical structure of risk indicators.Through the comparison of different risk evaluation methods,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the uncontrollable risks,the system dynamics model is used to evaluate the controllable risks,the risk factors are divided subjectively and objectively,and the G1 method and the entropy weight method are used The combination method determines the subjective and objective risk weights,obtains the ranking of risk indicators,and proposes risk control measures based on these risks.This study combines the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and system dynamics model,which is innovative and provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of dairy supply chain risk index system and a reference model for dairy enterprises. |
