Xi’an High-tech Zone Industrial Agglomeration Of Software Industry Development And Countermeasure On

In the era of rapid economic development, modern industrial agglomeration playsa significant role in promoting the right to guide the development of high-tech zones.As the software parks continue to establish and expand, the software industry andrelated industries has been obtained the fast development, gradually formation of thesoftware industry cluster. At present, in the increasingly fierce market competition,how to improve the software industry cluster development software industry cluster, tomaintain long-term competitive advantage, implementation software industrysustainable development, has become the hot issues in the current study.In this paper, on the study basis of other scholars, first of all, analysis of the statusof industrial agglomeration of Xi’an High-tech Zone, introduced the location entropy,Quantitative analysis on the software industry clustering of Xi’an High-tech Zone,basis on the relevant data from the years2003-2009, calculated the location entropy,and then comparative and analysis the each year’s entropy size, on this basis, itobtained that Xi’an High-tech Zone software industry specialization rate is relativelylow. Secondly, analyzed the existing model in response the questions, then constructedthe “impact factor analysis model” of high-tech zones industrial cluster. The hi-techindustrial cluster analysis model describes the characteristics of industrial clusteringinfluencing factors. The model should include four parts: the first is the environmentsystem; second is the innovation system; third is the information service system; thelast is the market space, this paper made a comprehensive analysis on the four factorsof Xi’an High-tech software industry cluster seeks to explore the Xi’an High-techsoftware industry cluster development and countermeasures. This study, I hope to make a meaningful contribution to the Xi’an High-techindustrial agglomeration and harmonious development.
