Coke Chemical Co., Ltd. Shaanxi in Shaanxi Province is a joint-stock enterprisediversification that was set up in the basis of the coking plant in November2002.Belonging to Shaanxi Provincial SASAC State sophomore enterprises in ShaanxiProvince, it builds a first coking professional manufacturers and is known for producinghigh-quality metallurgical coke, and chemical products.After the "second pioneeringphase" of development, Shaanxi coke chemical come into the "rapid growth." A numberof issues about compensation management highlighted, such as: pay-control meansbackward, antiquated wage design system, in the rapid expansion of the Shaanxi cokechemical companies, some units, departments, there are obvious contradictions of oldand new staff… In a word, fast growing in Shanxi coke chemical industry neededstandardization and institutionalization, fine, professional management reform.In this paper, standardized methods carry out in Shanxi coke chemical’scompensation management Optimization. First, this paper grasps the leadership’sstrategic intent of Shanxi coke chemical and the expectations of staff level about payreform through high-level interviews, questionnaire survey and other means, clearingdirection and goal of pay reform.
