Supply Chain Partnership Types And Management Research

With the continuous development of economy, Enterprise pay their attention increasingly on supply chain. Supply chain helps to deploy limited sources more efficiently, eliminate waste, reduce cost, optimize process, and increase profit, then gaining competitive advantages of supply chain and finally benefiting all members within it. The construction of supply chain is the basic of supply chain management, while the supply chain partnership is the core of supply chain construction. This paper focuses on the research of supply chain partnership types estimation and management.The paper firstly designated significance of this research in the introduction, moreover, it summarized the research actuality of supply chain and supply chain management of in-country and abroad, then, it expatiated the correlative academic problems of supply chain and supply chain management, and pointed out the soul of supply chain management rest with the cooperation among supply chain enterprises, cooperation is a kind of wholly and strategic thinking. Elicited this paper will research on this supply chain partnership types. The paper used enterprise life cycle theory for reference, from the partnership depth and development time points of view to measure the supply chain partnership, indicated four types of supply chain partnership: cooperation germination, cooperation development, cooperation maturation and cooperation breakdown, then described the characteristics of every partnership type.Secondly, the paper studied on the estimation of supply chain partnership types. On the basic of literatures research and analyse, the paper used System Dynamics theory for reference to classify the estimation index in three categories: partnership drives, cooperation state, circumstance. Via questionnaire survey, the index power was got and the whole supply chain partnership types estimation index system was established.Finally, aimed the risks and problems in supply chain partnership, this paper gave the management points under four kinds of supply chain partnership types.
