Supply chain partnership becomes one of the most powerful business concepts for organizations to gain sustainable competitive advantage in the competition between supply chain instead of a single firm. However, based upon practical findings the frustration rate of partnership has reached 50%--60% in China and partner relationship is serious lack of stability and durability. The unexpected halt of partnership will throw the logistics, capital flow and information flow of supply chain off balance and break away the production flow from which the supply chain will suffer huge loss.The partnership is not unalterable and in the state of constant movement. The dynamic state and variable state of partnership is not only one of the most prominent characters but also the difficulty of partnership management. However, there is a considerable body of research sought to primarily explore the nature of relationship process in the pull-based market rather than their adaptation to the dynamic environment. As a result, much work focus on the supplier-manufacturer relationship but far less on the entire partnership as an organism system. In practice, the grope for partnership management including the choice of cooperative partners and the appraisement of partnership still on the stage of static analysis, that is to say, they put emphasize on ex-ante precautions and ex-post conflict resolution and ignore managing and controlling in the collaborative process from the viewpoint of dynamic and variability. Accordingly, the paper explains the supply chain partnership dynamic and systemically explores the development of supply chain.After analyzing the performing of partnership movement with the theory of game, the article systemically explores the development of supply chain partnership and sheds some light on how firms can configure and manage supply chain partnership. In chapter II, the paper explicitly defines the supply chain partnership dynamic and provides the insight into the factors that affect the stability of supply chain using the repeated game.
