Vigorous development of energy-saving industry is long-term strategic choice inChina. At present the project risk research results of energy management contractingproject are mostly based on single technology project, few for integrated project. Theresearch on the integrated project risk management system can not only guarantee thesuccessful implementation of the project, but also has practical significance for theenergy service company’s rapid transformation.Based on the theory of project risk management, the thesis determines the KMenergy management contracting project risk management scheme. Using literatureretrieval, analysis of historical experience, combined with the business process of SHcompany, the thesis has finished risk factors check list of the project. The project riskfactors are determined with the method of check list and meeting discussion. Theproject risk evaluation results are formed by means of questionnaire and risk method.The risk factors are divided into three levels, and different response measures aregiven to these risk factors.The thesis identifies the KM energy management contracting riskcomprehensively and comparatively and puts forward a complete risk managementthought and system. A comprehensive risk evaluation system includes the wisdom andexperience of the dispersed in each department of the company and professional staffand outside experts. Also, the system can be established based on the business processrisk evaluation system.The thesis is based on the real energy management contracting project as theresearch object, and the results can provide reference for the industry many energyservice companies who want to received income. And the results can help thesecompanies to establish a independent characteristics of project risk managementsystem. |
