The Research On Construction Of Export And Process Base Of Agricultural Products In Xinjiang

Xinjiang’s agricultural products have rich varieties, good quality, but low level ofprocessing, low value-adding. The construction of agricultural products export and processbase which is not only to promote the industrialization of agriculture, rural industrializationand the integration of urban and rural areas, but also to become the resources advantages toeconomic advantage in an effective way. Establish the export and process base of agriculturalproducts, relying on Xinjiang’s geographical advantage, resource advantage, facing the hugepotential in Central Asia and depth of markets, and full using of international and domesticresources, communicating the East and West to enhance the level of Xinjiang’s foreign trade.In a second round of the great western development, Xinjiang should grasp theopportunities and face the challenges on the path of development, do well to agriculturalexport and process base, accelerate the industrialization of agriculture to upgrade and promoteXinjiang’s economic development. The article suggests that choose mature port to establishthe export and process base, at last play an exemplary role. Utilizing Xinjiang’s rich resourcesand relatively cheap labor to develop the processing trade, and propose that the industry inexport and process base should be chosen based on the complementary nature of the industrialstructure of Xinjiang and Central Asia.In this paper, by analyzing the region of Xinjiang’s exports of agricultural productsprocessing base area distribution, size, etc., to learn more about the development status of theexports of agricultural products processing base in Xinjiang, and to identify the problems inits development process, the empirical analysis of agricultural export processing bases ofXinjiang Agricultural economic impact, by drawing on the experience of Thailand in theagricultural products export processing zones, and Shandong’s agricultural exports processingzone, to accelerate the construction of Xinjiang’s export and process base of agriculturalproducts to provide some of the feasibility of the recommendations and countermeasures.I hope through speeding up agricultural export processing bases can form the Xinjiang’sregional economic growth pole, accelerate Xinjiang to upgrade the industrial structure andeconomic growth, to raise the overall level of export-oriented economy in Xinjiang.
