The Comparative Study Between Tourism Area And Urban Regulatory Detailed Plan

Tourism industry will continuously meet the best era of swift growth and rapid expansion. However, the big contradiction between the daily increasing requirement of tourism area regulatory detailed plan and the phenomenon of "gap theory, practice blind, remarkable difference" on tourism area regulatory detailed plan has been a big problem which restricts the sustainable development of tourism industry in our country. Therefore, it is very urgent to make a criterion to direct tourism area regulatory detailed plan. This paper firstly make a comparative study on the background, conception, control features, control object, control tasks, control objectives, control indicators between tourism area and urban regulatory detailed plan, point that tourism area regulatory detailed plan can not copy the state standard of urban regulatory detailed plan completely by comparison, and then set up a control system of tourism area regulatory detailed plan based on the deep analysis on the relationship of planning and management, resource development and environmental protection. Finally, this paper conduct a thorough comparative analysis on the differences of the key indicators between the control system of tourism area and urban regulatory detailed plan, so as to let internal planning experts and academics pay more attention, and to regulate and promote tourism area regulatory detailed plan to develop in a scientific and reasonable way.
