The system of urban tourism-attraction is the foundation of urban traveling coming into being and developing, is the fountain of urban traveling estate competitive power .Its research process, in the final, is construction-process.of the urban tourism-attraction systemthe research of Anshan urban tourism-attraction system, establish a basis for improving and lifting the competition of Anshan traveling estate, created condition for the transforms of the city function.this article apply the mentality method such as big-touring,tour tourism developing SWOT and Analysis method of product-centre, Based on theory of urban tourism competition, theory of economy development, theory of relax in break, theory of urban resource and theory of life-cycle, do much literature materials, questionnaire and net survey, system-analysis and Investigates ; study on the spot the research of the system of urban tourism-attraction system and the intensive measure of the construction of urbsnl tourism-attractive system,The research analyse and outline the urban tourism and the system of attraction initially. It contends the definition of civil tourism,origin and development; the domain and content of the research to our urban tourism; the urban-attraction system's concept,properties,structure; the principle of city-attraction system and theory's direction of how to build a urban-attraction system. The article researches the city-attraction system based on series of issues and empirical analysis.For the city tourism-attraction system's research, the author starts the research from relation between the characteristic of Anshan and traveling estate ,with the background of Anshan's tourism development,the consideration of the resource of civil tourism and the market of tourism's target, intends to the Strength,Weakness,Opportunity,Threat which the development of urban tourism face to and strategic target of Anshan city-tourism's development by the "SWOT" analysis. Under the strategic target, build the brand of Anshan's tourism; the pattern of tourism core product; determine the development and made a new spatial structure by the market's target, thus build the urban-attraction system.The article states the four part of the suggestion for the establishment of Anshan city-attraction system: Firstly, the establishment of tourism's core product; Secondly ,build the image of civil tourism; Thirdly, build the facility for culture,celebration,and recreate activity; the Forth, build the tactility for tourism business product and tourism transaction.In chapter 6 the author list some indemnificatory suggestion for the building of the system of urban tourism attraction...
