State Grid Corporation of China(SGCC), is one of the biggest utilities in the world, makes business with more than 16 millions customers. Based on that, SGCC has accumulated plentiful datas in the marketing sales area. During the "Tenth Five-Year Plan", SGCC has already taken initial shape of technology standard system of marketing information. This systm has 3 main elementary mouldes, including customer service, billing and marketing accounts, calcutaion of electrical energy. And it has been widely used in electic area to promote the quality of services, marketing and management, improvement of internal control capability. But electric marketing analysis and assistant system (hereinafter refered to as:Systems) cannot collect, analyse and present the data complately in the headquaters of SGCC., because of the dispersal buliding, not uniform-on standard, function, and data struction. Therefore,. To achieve the higly speed increase on capacity and predicted levels. The General headquarters of SGCC start to run the marketing analysisi in2008, moreover, to develop together, Make experiments first; partial promotion.The system is based on the related marketing business date of each SGCC branch offices in every province, every city and every company. To finish of the digital management of assistant marketing system's assignment, it makes the analysis data house for marketing assistant in the data scope of the SGCC headoffice and each provinces branch office, using the advanced tecnology data mining, and multidimensional analysis.In this paper, power marketing analysis and decision support needs of business research, analysis, and make the system functional architecture design, data architecture, technical architecture design, physical architecture design, security architecture design and implementation of a systematic and comprehensive testing.This system contains three functions:report management, monitoring and analysis predictions of relation sheets. The management of sheets is to collec the several state of operation, in order to support the work checking; the monitoring of relation sheets is to check and monitor the quality and quanity during the course of marketing and service, also, it investigates the legalize and organize of marketing business. All what they do is to support the adminstration of defect, quality, and target in the sales process. Analysis predictions of relation sheets is to make deep research for the previous state of running and other related information, in order to achieve the analysis and prediction for market operation, capacity of sales, customers sevice and equipment capital. At the same time, it will make widely use of the date, model, methods and knowledge to get the high function, which is human-machine exchange. And it will provide the scientific foundation for targe and strategy making in marketing.The system design followed the "management of highly adapted, data highly concentrated, highly integrated applications, resources, a high degree of integration" of general ideas, with high reliability, high performance, scalability, and open the properties, to achieve real-time monitoring of marketing online, marketing comprehensive management decision making requirements, and effectively promote the marketing capabilities and service levels of rapid promotion, promoting a marketing approach to development and change management, marketing, quality and efficiency of work has been significantly improved.
