Research Of Archive Information Construction In Survey And Design Enterprise

Information technology was used to promote enterprise management, increa se working efficiency, and expand the market in many traditional enterprises re cently. Archives information has become the key project in enterprise archives work."The national archives information construction implement outline" was p ut forward during the ten five-year, and in the outline, archives information is the necessity archives work.Survey and design enterprises, mainly engaged in engineering construction project survey, design, consultation, general contracting and project work and s o on, which is the knowledge intensive enterprises. There are quite a number of data for the engineering design, which is very important for enterprises. The refore, archives information was obviously necessary to survey and design enter prises.Some related theories of archives information were proposed in this article, such as the policy of national archives information, archives information conte nt of survey and design enterprises, and the coupling principle of knowledge management and archives management. Then, some basic and key problems of archives information in current survey and design enterprises were analyzed. Construction methods and suggestions of archives information based knowledge management theory were proposed. By use the actual example of archives inf ormation system and the knowledge management system, some key problems w ere analyzed, and the case was used as a reference guide.
