Research On The Disaster Recovery Backup Project In The Core Network Evaluation

Communication occupies the position of play a decisive role in people’s daily life.Thesecurity and reliability of information have become more and more attention by people. Withthe booming of the economy, information industry is developing rapidly. The construction ofinformation security and disaster recovery backup has become concerned as induced demandof information security. Disaster recovery backup is the key and the infrastructure of theinformation system security. More and more information systems require to construct thedisaster recovery backup system. The construction of the system will prevent and resist thestrikes caused by the disaster.First, this paper introduces the research background and significance, and discusses theresearch status at home and abroad, and gives the research ideas and content. Secondly, theconcept of the core network disaster recovery backup and the backup modes are gave, andbackup modes are compared. The content of the core network disaster recovery backupproject evaluation are determined from five aspects. They are project objectives evaluation,the project construction process evaluation, the project benefit evaluation, project influenceevaluation and the project sustainability evaluation. To set up a suitable index system for theproject about core network disaster recovery backup with the basic principle of projectevaluation and the concrete situation of the project about core network disaster recoverybackup. The index system is established from the five aspects that are the project objectives,the project construction process, the project benefit, project influence and the projectsustainability. And gives a basis for evaluation of the evaluation index. At the same time, theproject was evaluated with the fuzzy evaluation and the success degree analysis method. Atlast, the strategies are put forward to improve the success degree of the Daqing mobile corenetwork disaster recovery backup project according to the evaluation results and actualsituation of the project.The strategies are put forward from the five aspects. They are theproject objectives realization, the project construction process management, the projectbenefit, project influence and the project sustainability.
