With the development of social economy, the greenhouse effect has become more and moreserious and the land resource is less and less so that the per capita average land area in our countryis less than0.85acres, also, much land cannot be used for construction, so it is very important topromote housing industrialization in our country. New building materials and constructiontechniques can not only solve some of the problems that can not be solved before, but are alsoconducive to the protection of the environment due to the replacement of traditional buildingmaterials with new materials. If the components of the structure are produced in the factory andthen are assembled onsite, it will be conducive to the improvement of component quality and tothe achievement of standardize production, and it can effectively eliminate the quality defects ofthe residential products, shorten time limit of the projects, and can also be energy saving, watersaving and material saving. In order to promote application of precast prestressed double T platein the construction industry and to realize industrialization in the industry production, this papermakes research on the double T plates from the following points:1. The software flow chart is compiled according to the basic theory of domestic concretecomponent design and the existing prestressed double T plate atlas, also with the reference offoreign prestressed double T plate designs. And on the basis of the program flow chart andafter the parameter setting, the prestressed double T plate calculation software is developedusing VBA language under the environment of Windows system. By hand computation trialsoftware, the accuracy of the parameters and data in the preparation process of the software isensured.2. In order to query specifications conveniently for users in the process of using double Tplate software design quick query button will be set under the help menu bar of double T platesoftware for providing fast query specifications. To achieve the automatic drawing function ofsoftware, ActiveX Automation technology is adopted in the post-processing of programdesign and VBA is used for secondary development of AutoCAD to realize the automaticdrawing function according to the results of program calculation. This system compiles aseries of AutoCAD module (*.dvb)using VBA and each module completes a set or drawingwork separately and the system arranges appropriate module respectively according to designneeds. These modules can be roughly divided into four categories, namely environmentvariable setting module, graphical setting module, menu setting module and graphics drawingmodule.3. Finally reinforcement is made according to the results of software calculation, and thenfinite element analysis on the calculation results is carried out by using Abaqus limitedelement software, so that the calculation results of the software are ensured to be available andaccurate, providing basis for the design and analysis of engineers on precast prestresseddouble T plates.
